The OWA Annual General Meeting in an important event for our membership, and we invite you attend in person or to attend virtually. If you are unable to attend, you have the right to vote by proxy, but your membership must be current. See Membership page to register or renew. 

Our goal is to have a representative from each club in attendance to take part in discussions, provide input, cast votes, bid on competitions and take information back to the club.

This annual meeting may be held any time between April 1st and September 30th. The meeting date will be posted well in advance to give our Members enough notice to attend.
