Important AGM Dates

• July 29 – Deadline for members to submit new agenda items (now open; link below).

• August 8–15 – AGM election notice and complete agenda posted.

• August 8–15 – Competition bid submissions accepted and nominations open for Board positions up for election.

• September 6 – 2025–2026 financial statements posted.

• September 20 – Deadline to submit competition bids, Board nominations, and proxy forms.

• September 20 – Deadline to register as a current OWA member to be eligible to vote.

• September 25–26 – Online voting takes place through Simply Voting.

• September 27, 1:00–3:00 p.m. – Ontario Weightlifting Association Annual General Meeting (in person at Variety Village and online).
