2026 Generations Open

DESCRIPTION

Burlington Barbell Club is excited to host their first competition in 2026 with the Generations Open. Bringing new and experienced lifters together of all ages, this competition aims to showcase the incredible diversity weightlifting has in our community, and the sports ability to impact so many groups of people in a positive way!

LOCATION

Located in Burlington, Ontario, Burlington Barbell (CrossFit Connection) offers an excellent competition environment for athletes, coaches, and spectators alike. The facility features ample on-site parking, spacious training and competition areas, and change room facilities for participants. Conveniently situated near major highways, the venue is surrounded by a variety of hotels, restaurants, and other amenities, making it an ideal location for athletes travelling from across Ontario and beyond.
