DESCRIPTION

​

Winterlift, hosted at CrossFit Connection in Burlington, is the final qualifier for the National Seniors and a qualifier for the National Juniors, attracting top-tier athletes eager to secure their spots on the national stage.

​

CrossFit Connection offers a spacious 10,000 square foot facility, providing an ideal environment for athletes to perform at their best. The venue features free parking, large change rooms, and all the amenities needed for a top-tier competition.

**SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT**

We're excited to introduce a few additions to elevate the competition experience!

​

1. Athlete Registration Bags – Every competing athlete will receive a bag with useful items for competition day and training.

2. Prize Money Draw – Athletes achieving a total of 90% or more of the national qualifying standard will be entered into a draw for one of two cash prizes. The prize amount will be based on a percentage of total registrations.

3. 50/50 Draw – Tickets will be available for purchase for both athletes and spectators. All registered athletes purchasing a ticket will receive one bonus entry at no extra cost.

The Northern Open, hosted at YMCA of North Bay, is the final qualifier for the National Juniors.

This event was first held in North Bay in May 2024, attracting 50 lifters from 11 clubs. Due to high demand, the maximum athlete capacity is 60 lifters.
