LIFT Barbell Club is part of LIFT Fitness and Performance, an athlete performance and fitness facility in Guelph, Ontario. With 12 platform areas fully equipped with Eleiko and Pendlay bars and plates, it is one of the larger Olympic weightlifting programs in Ontario. Coaching is available and club members are always there to help the new lifter.

Weightlifting club in Burlington Ontario

This club is intended to inspire more youth to get involved with weightlifting. My primary work location is Centre Wellington District High School in Fergus. I teach weightlifting as part of my physical-ed class and would like to invite students to get further involved and possibly compete in OWA sanctioned meets. I coach adults and master age athletes who enjoy learning new exercise movements as well.
